Each program will include various levels of support as well as additional tools and resources to enhance your weight loss experience. At the commencement of your program, you will work together with your specialist doctor to determine the most suitable program option for your requirements and weight loss goals.

One of the keys to achieving weight loss success, is your participation in the lifestyle program delivered by your Bariatric Physician and Allied Health team, to compliment your procedure.

All programs start with a high intensity phase, as we know the more points of contact with your care team during this time, the more likely you are to succeed in weight loss.

We aim for rapid weight loss (rather than the ‘slow and steady’ approach of the past), as this too is a key predictor of your long-term success.

You will be allocated a dedicated Patient Experience Manager (PEM) to provide you with an unmatched level of support and confidence so you can focus on attaining your goals.

Education & goal-setting

From intermittent fasting and mindfulness to interval training, our Allied Health team will explain the science and work with you to set achievable goals for you to put these strategies into action.

Customise with Bundles

Further customise your program to suit your needs with additional consults, services and resources that can be ‘bundled’ on to your program at any time.
