What’s different about The BMI Clinic’s 12 Week Program?

Unlike most other 12 week programs, ours includes 3 consultation sessions with our expert health professionals, to encourage you to get the most out of your program. This gives you the unique opportunity to receive tailored, qualified advice that is right for you, and motivation to achieve your goals from a dietitian, exercise specialist and psychologist.

We’ve made this feature as convenient as possible by providing you with two options for how you attend your sessions:

  • Blended Program: attend in-person at The BMI Clinic
  • Online Program: login from home to attend via telehealth video consult

Additionally, our 12 Week Program includes dietitian-created and approved recipes and meal plans, weekly videos, fitness tests, weekly challenges and more…all for less than $30 per week!
